Born to be Nomad

About me
Hi, Iβm Martina! π»π
With my feet on the ground and my head in the clouds.
For years I dreamed of faraway lands: now itβs time to live them.
I have never seen myself as a tourist; I have always wanted to be a traveler.
Through volunteering experiences and cooperation projects, I am able to slow down and get to know the places I pass through more deeply. I like to think that, in my own small way, I can help build a happier and more united world.
I believe the world is a wonderful place, but today it needs an enormous amount of love to keep going. Everything lies in spreading love throughout the world.
Here I write about my travels, experiences, thoughts, and the stories of the people I meet along the way.
I want to tell the story of the beauty of the Earth and of people, even in difficult contexts. π
Where am I now?

Here, I have begun a journey that includes three months of training in Denmark and six months of field experience in Africa or India. And this means thatβ¦
Finally, in January, I will fly away from the cold and dark Danish days to begin the second part of the program and reach the heart of my beloved Africa: the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
There, I will work alongside local communities on a project focused on farming, hygiene, and nutrition.
